Reward Points Terms and Conditions

Points can be earned in the following ways.

 The wine, whiskey, and tequila products that are gifted to you.

• Each time you book your flight with an Arenas Club partner airline business code.
• Each time you reserve your stay with an Arenas Club partner hotel corporate code.
• Purchase made on Arenas Club site
• On all store products and services
• Your membership and subscription payments
• On your membership renewals
• On any gift card purchases
• *No points earned on shipping, taxes, or other checkout fees

Points can be used, redeemed, transferred, or converted to the following:

 Any product or service in the Arenas Club store, including gift cards and renewals.

• Club Gift Cards
• Prepaid Master Cards and Visa Cards
• Delta Sky Miles
• Southwest Airlines Reward Points
• Affiliate Hotel Points
• Transferred to Other Members.

Minimum point requirements for redemption, conversions, and transfers.

• Members may transfer points to others at any time – No minimum.
• A member may redeem points in the Arenas Club store at a minimum of 100.
• A member may start to convert points to hotel rewards with a minimum of 500.
• A member may start to convert points to airline rewards with a minimum of 1000.
• 25,000 points required to qualify for a free bottle of wine.
• 35,000 points required to qualify for a free bottle of whiskey.
• 35,000 points required to qualify for a free bottle of tequila.
• 40,000 points required to qualify for any other free wine or spirit gift.

*If a member account is inactive for at least 365 days, the Arenas Club reserves the right to dissolve any unused points and deactivate the account. The club reserves the right to deactivate a member account at its discretion and without warning. An account can be deactivated for abuse, suspicious activity, irregularities, criminal activity, or any other reason that may cause corporate or consumer harm.  If a member chooses to manually deactivate their account without transferring or redeeming the remaining points or credits, the Club will dissolve any unused points within (30) thirty days of the deactivation date.  All account rewards including store credits, reward points, discounts, and all other incentives or benefits will be permanently removed from the account.
