Arenas Club Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Arenas Club Affiliate Program! By participating as an affiliate, you agree to promote Arenas Club and help grow our community of wine, whiskey, and tequila lovers. These Affiliate Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and benefits of being an affiliate. Ambassadors automatically become Arenas.Cub affiliates so please review them carefully before applying or accepting your role in the affiliate program.
1. Overview of the Affiliate Program
The Arenas Club Affiliate Program allows you to promote our exclusive wine, whiskey, and tequila tasting groups in exchange for commissions and other rewards. Affiliates will be given unique referral links or codes to share with their network. When people join Arenas Club or purchase products through your referral, you’ll earn reward points that can be redeemed for financial equivalents, products, and exclusive perks.
Our goal is to build a community where members can enjoy niche and premium beverages while earning financial value rewards for participation.
2. Eligibility
To join the Arenas Club Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have an active online presence (e.g., website, social media, blog) or a personal network through which you can share Arenas Club promotions.
- Be aligned with Arenas Club’s values and mission of promoting responsible enjoyment of wine, whiskey, and tequila through unique tasting experiences.
- Arenas Club reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate applications at its sole discretion.
3. Definitions
Affiliate
An Affiliate is an active Bear Member who joined the Affiliate team and earns commission on the purchases and renewals of members they referred to the Arenas Club.
Ambassador / Brand Ambassador
A brand ambassador is a person paid by an organization or company to represent its brand in a positive light, helping to increase brand awareness and sales. An ambassador often has access to additional resources and receives additional incentives, rewards, benefits and pay.
Commission
Commission is earnings a person or entity makes from sales. Commissions are usually paid out based on a percentage to total sales revenue.
Formula: commission = total sales revenue * commission rate.
Example: $3,000.00 total monthly sales * 20% commission rate = $600.00 commission
Sometimes commission is paid as a flat rate, which would be a set dollar amount. This becomes more of a practice for sales with various categories and prices. To keep payouts consistent, its better to pay a commission as a flat rate.
Example: All merchandise sales pay a $10 commission and all ticket sales pay a $15 dollar commission.
Primary Affiliate Level
An active Affiliate who made a direct referral as an active Bear Member to a non-existing member, and the non-existing member becomes a Bear Member and joins the Affiliate team within 30 days has primary level status over the new affiliate. (The Primary Affiliate receive 20% commission on their direct referrals and 10% commission on Secondary Affiliate referrals).
Referrals
The act and responsibility of referring, introducing, or including someone to a place, person, or opportunity where what is wanted or needed can be obtained. Members and affiliates are almost always referred to the Arenas Club.
Referral Link
A referral link is a unique, trackable URL provided to partners enrolled in a referral program. This specialized link allows companies to attribute leads or sales generated through that specific link back to the referring partner. All Arenas Club affiliates have a referral link.
Secondary Affiliate Level
A referred affiliate made by another active affiliate is a Secondary Level Affiliate under the Primary Affiliate. (Secondary Affiliates only receive 10% commission on purchases and renewals of their direct referrals).
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Arenas Club affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote Arenas Club: Share your unique referral links or codes on your social media platforms, website, or with your personal network to encourage others to join Arenas Club and participate in our tasting groups.
- Engage with your audience: Regularly promote our tasting groups, rewards system, and exclusive perks in a way that is authentic and aligns with Arenas Club’s brand values.
- Follow FTC Guidelines: Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Arenas Club in all promotions, following FTC guidelines for transparency.
- Adhere to Brand Guidelines: Ensure that all materials and content you create or share about Arenas Club follow our brand guidelines. Do not make false claims or exaggerated promises about the club’s offerings.
5. Commission and Rewards Structure for Standard Affiliates
As an affiliate, you are eligible to earn commissions and rewards based on the activity generated through your referral links. The Affiliate must be an Active Bear Member on the Arenas.Club platform(s) prior to referral activity and purchases. Here’s how it works:
- Referral Links/Discount Codes: You will be provided with a unique affiliate link or code that tracks all purchases or sign-ups made by users you refer.
- Reward Points: For each referral that results in a successful membership sign-up or purchase, you’ll earn reward points or Reward Credits. These points/credits can be redeemed for prepaid MasterCard, Visa, or other eligible financial equivalents found in the Arens.Club store.
- Commission Rates: The specific commission rate for affiliate sales will be outlined in your affiliate account and may vary depending on the type of promotion or campaign.
- Maximum Commission is 20% for direct referrals, their renewals and purchases, excluding secondary level referrals on the Arenas.Club platform(s).
- Minimum Commission is 15% for direct referrals and their renewals and purchases on the Arens.Club platform(s).
- Second Level Commission averages 10% for sponsored affiliates on all commission eligible products and services.
- Flat Fee Commission is paid at a set dollar amount and not on a percentage basis. Some products and levels of commission are paid as flat fees such as event tickets commissioned at $5.00 or $10.00.
- Payout Threshold: There is a 10,000 minimum point threshold or $10.00 of commission you must reach before redeeming your payout rewards. This information will be detailed in your affiliate account.

Lifetime commissions are only eligible to Bear Membership Affiliates who are currently active, never had a canceled, lapsed, or downgraded membership, and has been active in at least one tasting group for the past (12) twelve months. Otherwise, commission will be paid only to active members up to 12 months of inactivity or cancellation. No commission will be paid to an Affiliate if their account was suspended for any reason. No back payouts will be made if an Affiliates account or membership was suspended or cancelled.

Referral Credit: Referrals are credited to the last affiliate who referred the customer.

Exclusions: Shipping costs and taxes are excluded from referral calculations.

Unpaid Referrals: Affiliate services will automatically reject Unpaid referrals when the originating purchase is refunded or revoked.
All earned reward points can be redeemed through your affiliate account once you’ve reached the minimum payout threshold:
- Payout Schedule: Payouts are issued on a [monthly] basis. Depending on the program’s payment schedule, it may average up to every 37 days.
- Payment Methods: Rewards can be redeemed for a prepaid MasterCard, Visa, or other financial equivalent options available in the Arenas Club rewards marketplace such as gift cards or credits. Reward payments must be requested by email each month.
- Refunds and Cancellations: If a member cancels their membership or requests a refund after using your referral link, Arenas Club reserves the right to deduct the corresponding rewards from your account.
- PayPal Payouts: Arenas.Club pays all affiliates through PayPal Payouts. There are no paper checks mailed or other form of direct deposit to banks or other methods used. As an Affiliate for Arenas.Club, you must have a PayPal account to receive your commission payments. (If a PayPal account is not open, active, authorized, or available to receive payments after 90 days, Arenas.Club reserves the right to pay the Affiliate with a prepaid MasterCard or Visa in no more than $1,000.00 increments until the payment is made in full). If the 90 days waiting period is projected to extend beyond December 31 of any year, Arenas.Club will manually issue the payment in the form of a prepaid MasterCard or Visa.
- 1099: Affiliates who earn at least $600.00 in commission, direct sales, or any other type of earnings paid by Arenas.Club or its parent company Civet Holdings LLC will receive a 1099 from the parent company Civet Holdings LLC.
- Discrepancies: If there is an unresolved discrepancy in payment, invoices, referrals, incentives or any other benefits earned or owed to an affiliate or ambassador, the Arenas Club reserves the right to pay in gift card, pay in prepaid Visa or Mastercard, pay in part, reward in part, award in store credit, pay in store credit or merchandise equivalent to the discrepancy.
7. Prohibited Activities
Arenas Club has a zero-tolerance policy for prohibited behaviors in the Affiliate Program. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Spam or unsolicited messaging: Affiliates must not engage in spamming, including sending unsolicited emails or posting unwanted messages to promote Arenas Club.
- Misleading Promotions: You may not make false claims or promises about Arenas Club services or rewards. All promotions must be transparent and truthful.
- Self-referrals: You are not allowed to refer yourself or create fake accounts to earn rewards.
- Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Arenas Club’s trademarks, names, or brand-related keywords in paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).
- Vulgar Language: The use of vulgar or any language the club deems in appropriate in advertisements, promotions, or events associated with the Arenas Club may lead to Affiliate termination.
- Fraud or Term Violation: Arenas Club and its parent owners reserve the right to completely withhold payment, withhold in part if fraud, abuse, or any illegal activities were suspected or used.
Violating any of these rules will result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
8. Use of Arenas Club Intellectual Property
As an Arenas Club affiliate, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Arenas Club’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials. However:
- No modification: You may not alter any of Arenas Club’s intellectual property (logos, trademarks, branding) without written consent.
- Brand integrity: All usage must maintain the integrity of Arenas Club’s image and branding.
- Revoke rights: Arenas Club reserves the right to revoke your use of its intellectual property at any time if it believes it is being used improperly.
9. FTC Compliance and Disclosure
Affiliates must comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials. This includes:
- Disclosure: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Arenas Club in all promotions. Phrases like “I may earn a commission if you sign up using my link” or hashtags such as #ArenasClubAffiliate, #Sponsored, or #Ad should be used.
- Transparency: All affiliate marketing activities must be conducted with honesty and transparency to maintain trust with your audience.
10. Termination of Affiliate Role
Arenas Club reserves the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms: Any breach of these Affiliate Terms and Conditions will result in immediate termination.
- Inactivity: Affiliates who remain inactive for prolonged periods may be removed from the program.
- Inappropriate behavior: Any actions that harm the reputation of Arenas Club or its partners may result in immediate removal from the program.
- Misrepresentation: Misrepresentation includes, but is not limited to any deceit, false statements, false ads, false links, or unapproved partnerships, competition, or location such as in the area of legally underage persons.
You may also choose to terminate your participation at any time by notifying Arenas Club via email or just by cancelling your account from the portal.
If an Affiliate’s Bear Membership or Affiliate status stops for any reason, the Affiliate will not be able to receive any current or future commission on referrals. The Affiliate will no longer have Secondary Level commission or access to the account or dashboard. Even if the Affiliate reactivates their membership and registers or reregisters as an Affiliate, the previous Secondary Level affiliates will not be available or reassigned to the previous Primary Affiliate.
11. Limitation of Liability
Arenas Club is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program. By participating, you acknowledge that Arenas Club’s rewards and commissions are provided “as-is” and assume all risks associated with your participation in the program.
12. Modification of Terms
Arenas Club reserves the right to modify or update these Affiliate Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to affiliates, and your continued participation in the program will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Welcome to the Arenas Club Ambassador Program! By becoming an ambassador, you agree to represent Arenas Club and promote our community of wine, whiskey, and tequila tasting groups. These Ambassador Terms and Conditions outline the expectations, benefits, and rules for ambassadors. Please review them carefully before applying or accepting your role as an ambassador.
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Brand Ambassador Program. The terms “Brand Ambassador,” “you,” and “your” are referring to you, the applicant. “We”, “our”, “us” refer to Arenas Club and Arenas.Club.
Arenas Club ambassadors are affiliates who choose to promote the Arenas.Club brand and the brands of its associates and partnered products. We are looking for people who understand the importance of our reward services, their benefits to club members, the value it brings to wine and spirit brands. Increase club membership and improve relationships with existing wine and spirit brands. The ambassador’s primary objective is to improve and scale club membership in a constant and efficient way. By becoming an Arenas Club Brand Ambassador, you will be representing a company that creates relationships with spirits and wine brands and the consumer market.
1. Overview of the Ambassador Program
The Arenas Club Ambassador Program is designed for passionate wine, whiskey, and tequila enthusiasts who want to help grow and engage the Arenas Club community. As an ambassador, your role will include promoting the club, encouraging participation in tasting groups, and sharing the benefits of our unique rewards system.
Ambassadors will receive special benefits, including commission, financial equivalent rewards, exclusive products, and first notice and access to events and partnered programs. Your efforts will help spread the word about Arenas Club while fostering a vibrant community of spirit and wine lovers.
2. Eligibility
To become an ambassador for Arenas Club, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Become a Bear Member of the Arenas Club.
- Register as an Affiliate of the Arenas Club.
- Become approved to be an Arenas.Club Ambassador.
- Have a genuine passion for wine, whiskey, and/or tequila.
- Be active in promoting sportsmanship, community, and our mission of enjoying beverages responsibly.
- Maintain a positive presence on social media, and/or have a personal network you can engage with about Arenas Club.
Arenas Club reserves the right to approve or reject ambassador applications at its sole discretion.
3. Ambassador General Responsibilities
As an Arenas Club ambassador, you agree to:
- Promote Arenas Club: Share information about our tasting groups and rewards system across your social media, personal networks, and any other platforms you may have access to.
- Engage with your audience: Encourage others to join Arenas Club as a Lion, Tiger, or Bear member and participate in our wine, whiskey, and tequila tasting groups.
- Create content: Regularly create and share content (e.g., posts, photos, videos) about your experiences with Arenas Club and the tasting groups, following our guidelines.
- Adhere to Brand Guidelines: All promotional materials and content must align with the Arenas Club branding and messaging, maintaining professionalism and authenticity.
- Provide Feedback: As a representative of the tasting community, you will provide feedback on products, promotions, and events to help improve our offerings.
We ask our ambassadors to:
- Become an Arenas Club Bear Member and register as an affiliate. (Only Active Bear Members may access the arenas.cub affiliate content)
- Obtain and maintain Ambassador status by keeping at least one hundred active referrals. 100 active referrals are required to maximize commission and receive lifetime commission.
- Reach out to friends, family and acquaintances via social media/word of mouth to educate them on our brand & goals.
- Help promote our social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.), giveaways & events.
- Post a minimum of once a week on social media promoting the Arenas.Club website and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.).
- Submit a biography as well as a photo of yourself wearing an Arenas Club T-shirt (if you already have one). We will publish this on the Brand Ambassador page on our website. Each ambassador will have their own personal profile after the first 100 referrals are made, which can be shared for all promotional purposes. If you are uncomfortable with your profile appearing on our website, simply reach out to us and we will take it down by request.
- Recruit new, like-minded ambassadors to join the Arenas Club Brand Ambassador team.
- For college students: Build community on campus to help promote the Arenas Club and recruit new ambassadors.
- Help drive sales to arenas.club (our store website) using social media, word of mouth, and any other reasonable means.
3A. Ambassador Hosting Requirements
- Host Arenas Club Events
- Host Brand Sponsored Events
- (Mixers, Tastings, Fundraisers, or Brand Activations for co-sponsors)
- Sell events on Arenas Club platform
- Follow all Affiliate terms and conditions
Brand Sponsored Events
- Brand Sponsors are associated or partnered wine or spirits brands
- Must have a Brand Sponsored event at least 1x per quarter or 3x per year.
- Must have at least 25 ticket sales per Brand Sponsored event
- Sponsored events Must provide members discounts accordingly: Lion 10%, Tiger 15%, Bear 20%
- Brand Sponsored events must be at public facilities or locations even if it’s a private event.
- All AC Sponsored events tickets must be sold on the AC Platforms, including Free events. If AC Sponsored or co-sponsored events tickets are not sold on the AC platforms, admission must be free to all AC members and this message must be indicated on the alternate platform such as Eventbrite.
Arenas Cub Hosted Events
- Must facilitate an AC Hosted event at least 1x year
- Must allow members Free access to AC Hosted events.
- Must provide at least one free promotional gift, product, or service at each sponsored event. (This promotion cannot be free to nonmembers)
- All AC Hosted events tickets must be sold on the AC Platforms, including Free events
- Arenas Club Hosted events must be at public facilities or locations even if it’s a private event.
4. Ambassador Perks and Rewards
Ambassadors are rewarded based on their level of engagement and the results of their promotional efforts. Perks and rewards include:
- Twenty percent (20%) commission for primary or direct referrals on club memberships, subscriptions, and eligible products.
- Fifteen percent (15%) commission or secondary or second tier referrals on club memberships, subscriptions, and eligible products.
- Ambassadors with one hundred (100) active referrals in 30 days receive 20% commission for primary referrals and 25% on merchandise sales.
- Exclusive access to tasting products and events not available to general members.
- Financial equivalent rewards, such as prepaid Mastercard or Visa, based on your participation and the number of members you refer.
- Discounts on merchandise and priority access to partner restaurants, hotels, and airlines.
- Special recognition within the Arenas Club community through social media shoutouts, ambassador spotlights, and event invitations.
- Commission: Ambassador commission payments are based on section 6 of the Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
Ambassador Hosting Benefits

- Earn Higher Commission of +5 to +15 Percent
- 25% Commission on Merchandise

The exact structure of rewards will depend on your level of activity and engagement with the program.
5. Use of Arenas Club Intellectual Property
As an ambassador, you are permitted to use Arenas Club logos, branding, and marketing materials solely for promotional purposes in connection with the ambassador program. However:
- You may not alter or modify any Arenas Club assets without prior written approval.
- Any use of Arenas Club’s intellectual property must be consistent with the company’s mission, values, and branding guidelines.
- Arenas Club reserves the right to revoke your access to these materials at any time, at its sole discretion.
6. Affiliate and Referral Program
Ambassadors must register and participate in Arenas Club’s affiliate and referral program, where you can earn additional rewards for referring new members to the club. Here’s how it works:
- Referral Links and Codes: Each ambassador will receive a unique referral link or code to share with potential members.
- Commissions: For each new member who joins using your referral link, you’ll receive reward points that can be redeemed for prepaid cards or other perks.
- Tracking: The success of your referrals will be tracked through your unique code, and your earnings will be reflected in your ambassador account.
Please note that any misuse of the referral system, such as creating fake accounts, will result in immediate termination from the program.
7. Social Media and FTC Compliance
All ambassadors are required to follow Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and social media promotions. This means:
- Disclosures: You must clearly disclose your relationship with Arenas Club when promoting products, events, or services. Use hashtags such as #ArenasClubAmbassador, #Sponsored, or #Ad to ensure transparency.
- Authentic Content: Ensure that all content shared about Arenas Club is genuine and reflects your true experience.
- Professionalism: Represent Arenas Club in a positive, professional manner at all times when engaging with your audience.
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
As a Brand Ambassador we expect you to represent our brand in good taste. We encourage you to be unique and creative when posting and sharing. You can download images and videos to your ambassador’s dashboard/marketing tools that you can use for your post.
RESTRICTIONS ON CREATING OR SHARING CONTENT ASSOCIATED WITH ARENAS.CLUB NAME/PRODUCTS*:
- X-rated and promote sexually explicit materials
- Promoting violence and/or drug use
- Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Promoting illegal or questionable activities
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Promoting to minors
*Not following any of the above terms will lead to immediate code deactivation and removal from the Arenas Club program, followed by a permanent block.
8. Termination of Ambassador Role
Arenas Club reserves the right to terminate your role as an ambassador at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms: If you breach any of the terms outlined here, your ambassador role will be immediately revoked.
- Inactivity: Ambassadors are expected to actively participate in promoting Arenas Club. Prolonged inactivity may result in termination.
- Inappropriate Behavior: Any actions that damage the reputation of Arenas Club, its partners, or members will result in immediate removal from the program.
You may also choose to resign from the ambassador program at any time by providing written notice to Arenas Club.
9. Limitation of Liability
Arenas Club is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the ambassador program. You agree to assume all risks associated with your participation, including the creation of content, interaction with members, and promotion of Arenas Club.
10. Modifications to the Ambassador Program
Arenas Club reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel the Ambassador Program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to ambassadors in advance. Continued participation after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
