Arenas Club members are allowed and encouraged with bonus points to take all surveys when they are available. This includes members and tasters only product surveys. Registered tasters and Survey Only Customers who are not members are only allowed to take the Customer Recognition, Brand Awareness, and Customer Satisfaction surveys. Surveys are updated and added frequently to reflect the dynamics of the products in the market and to improve the member experience. Survey points are subject to monthly updates.
